Arden Property Management is a dynamic, new Edinburgh based Property Management and Letting Company.

Our experience is drawn not only from the private residential letting sector, but also from the fields of management, retail and hospitality. This gives us the clear aim and ability to provide the best in customer service.

Gordon worked originally in retail, progressing to senior management level. He became involved in Property Management in 1998 when he worked in a family run Lettings and Management Company. Dealing with all aspects of the business, gaining particular expert knowledge in the fields of HMO Licensing, property marketing, rental valuation, insurance claims etc. again finishing as a Senior Property Manager. He is an individual member or ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) and has industry specific qualifications from them. He is married with two small children and enjoys sailing, cycling and walking.

Catriona has a Bachelor of Education degree and taught for a short while before having her children. She returned to work in 1997, taking on a Senior Management role in her husband’s business. During this time she continued her studies completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Management at Napier University. Outside of work she enjoys keeping fit and in particular running, having completed five marathons to date.
