Arden won the Gold, which is the top award for service to Landlords and the Silver Award for Service to Tenants in all of Scotland (we’re working on this for next time!). What’s more, we won Gold for Edinburgh in both categories.
We chose to enter the ESTAS awards because they are based on in depth Landlord and Tenant reviews submitted directly to ESTAS. There are no judges, no submission by the agent, only genuine feedback from the people we look after.
